What it is
optmz turns the answers, searches and pages it collects into concrete fixes, then ranks them by impact, confidence and evidence divided by effort. Each action opens to explain why it exists and what to change.
Why it matters for AI search
Knowing the brand is missing from AI answers is only useful if you know what to change. Actions ties every recommendation to evidence and then measures whether the change moved the numbers, so you can show clients results rather than activity.
How to use it
Step by step, as in the video
- Action list. Actions is the client's to-do list for AI visibility, built from the answers, searches and pages optmz collects.
- Ranking. Fixes are ranked by impact, confidence and evidence, divided by effort, so the best value comes first.
- Evidence grade. Badges show where each fix comes from, the effort it takes and how strong the evidence is.
- A fan-out action. This one is a search AI engines ran while answering, where the brand rarely shows up.
- Why. Open an action to see why it exists, the suggested fix and the evidence behind it.
- Fix plan. Generate fix writes a fix plan: exact edits for one page, built only from the evidence behind this action.
- Copy brief. Copy brief puts the plan on your clipboard as a brief for a writer or a developer.
- Evidence. Every action links to its evidence: the answers, searches and pages it is based on.
- Before / after. After you mark it done, optmz re-measures at day 14 and day 28 and compares with the 4 weeks before.
- Mark done. Mark done when the fix is live. Status, owner and notes keep the team in sync.
Questions
How does optmz know a fix worked?
When you mark an action done, optmz re-measures the affected questions at day 14 and day 28 and compares them with the 4 weeks before the fix, with the same significance test as the dashboard.
Who should get the copy brief?
Whoever makes the change: a writer for content edits, a developer for structured data or technical fixes. The brief lists the exact edits and the evidence behind them.
