Terms of service
Draft: requires legal review. This page is a working draft and is not yet in effect. Sections marked “To be confirmed” are incomplete. Final wording will replace this draft before launch.
This outline shows the structure of SignalRank's terms of service. It is not an agreement and shouldn't be relied on.
1. About these terms
These terms will govern access to and use of SignalRank's website and product.
To be confirmed: The contracting entity, governing law and how the terms are accepted.
2. Early access
SignalRank is in early access. Features may change, and some described on this website are planned rather than available.
To be confirmed: Terms that apply specifically to early-access use, including availability and feedback.
3. Accounts and teams
Agencies create a workspace and invite teammates with different roles. Account holders are responsible for who they invite.
To be confirmed: Account eligibility, security responsibilities and suspension.
4. Measurements and third-party services
SignalRank reports measurements collected from search engines, AI services and connected accounts. AI answers vary between runs, and results collected through an API can differ from what a person sees in an app. Measurements are provided to inform decisions, not as guarantees of rankings, mentions or business results.
To be confirmed: Terms covering third-party services and the accuracy of data.
5. Acceptable use
To be confirmed: What customers may and may not do with the product.
6. Customer data
To be confirmed: Ownership of customer data, permitted use, and what happens on termination.
7. Fees
Pricing has not been announced and will be published at launch.
To be confirmed: Billing, renewals, taxes and refunds.
8. Liability, warranties and termination
To be confirmed: Warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability and termination rights.
9. Changes and contact
To be confirmed: How changes to the terms are announced, and a contact address.
