AI visibility, brand mentions and citations

See what AI answers actually say about each client

SignalRank asks AI engines the questions a client's buyers ask, several times each week, and keeps every answer. Mentions, recommendations and citations are counted separately.

Answer collectionIn early access
Answers from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, collected through their APIs with web search on. Each question is asked several times per engine.
Google AI Overviews and AI ModeIn early access
Optional checks of Google results pages, which also record when no AI answer was shown.
Mention, recommendation and citation ratesIn early access
Each rate is shown with the number of answers behind it and a confidence range.
Answer viewerIn early access
The full text of every answer, with brand mentions highlighted, the sources it cited and a CSV export.
Fan-out searchesIn early access
The web searches an engine ran while writing its answer, where the engine makes them visible.
Mention-rate alertsIn early access
An alert when a client's mention rate falls by more than its confidence range allows.
More engines, languages and localesPlanned
Wider coverage beyond the current set, prioritized by what early-access teams need.

Competitor and source analysis

Find out who is winning the answers, and which sources they rely on

Competitors are measured across the same answers as the client, so comparisons are like for like. Cited sources show where AI engines get their information.

Competitor comparisonIn early access
Mention rate and share of voice for the client and each competitor you track.
Cited sourcesIn early access
Cited domains and pages, grouped as owned, competitor, directory, review, news, forum and more.
Questions won and lostIn early access
The questions where a competitor is named and the client isn't, and the reverse.
Competitor alertsIn early access
An alert when a competitor you track starts appearing in a client's answers.

Opportunities and suggested actions

Decide what to work on next, with the evidence attached

Each client gets an Action Center: one prioritized list built from AI answers, rankings, Search Console and the site audit. Every action links to the evidence behind it.

Prioritized actionsIn early access
Questions where competitors are named instead of the client, searches where the client doesn't rank, sources cited only alongside competitors, decaying pages, audit issues and falling keywords, ranked by impact, confidence and effort.
Evidence on every actionIn early access
Links to the answers, searches, pages and audit results that produced the action.
Follow-up measurementIn early access
Mark an action done and SignalRank compares the two and four weeks after with the four weeks before, and says whether the change is significant.
Team workflowIn early access
Assign owners, add notes and move actions between open, in progress and done.

Agency workspaces and reporting

Run every client from one workspace, and show them the results

An agency workspace holds all your clients and your team. Reports turn a period of measurements into something a client can read in a few minutes.

Client workspacesIn early access
A separate setup for each client: website, competitors, questions, keywords and engines, with a portfolio view across all of them.
Team rolesIn early access
Invite teammates as owners, admins, members or viewers.
Client reportsIn early access
Reports for the last week or four weeks with a private share link, a printable PDF, and your agency's name and logo.
AI referral trackingIn early access
A small script for the client's site that counts visits arriving from AI assistants without setting cookies.
Rankings and next steps in reportsPlanned
Google rankings and your recommended actions alongside the AI visibility results.
Scheduled report deliveryPlanned
Reports sent to clients automatically on a set schedule.

What SignalRank doesn't do

SignalRank measures and explains visibility. It doesn't promise rankings, mentions or revenue, and it doesn't publish content or change client sites on your behalf.

AI answers are collected through the engines' APIs and Google results pages, and can differ from what an individual person sees in an app. Every answer is labelled with how it was collected.

Ask us about your use case

See where your clients show up.

SignalRank is opening to a small number of agencies at a time. Tell us about your client portfolio and we'll be in touch about early access.
