What it is
Agency home is the first screen after you sign in. It rolls every client up into one table, so you can see at a glance who is gaining ground in AI answers, who is slipping and where fixes are waiting.
Why it matters for AI search
AI answers change week to week. Seeing all clients side by side, with the changes that are statistically real separated from the noise, tells you where the team's time goes first.
How to use it
Step by step, as in the video
- Agency home. Agency home shows every client your agency tracks, and how often AI answers mention each brand.
- Avg mention rate. Avg mention rate is the share of AI answers that name your clients' brands, across all of them.
- Real changes. Real changes counts clients whose mention rate moved by more than chance would explain, up or down.
- Open actions. Open actions counts the fixes waiting across your clients.
- Window and engine filter. Switch between 4, 8 and 12 weeks of history, or narrow every number to a single AI engine.
- Client row. Each row is one client: mention rate with the number of answers behind it, the change, share of voice and open work.
- Real change. A real change passed a direct test, so it is very unlikely to be chance. Smaller moves are shown as too small to call yet.
- Demo data badge. Demo data marks the sample clients, so you can explore every screen before adding your own.
- Sidebar clients. Switch clients from the sidebar at any time. Every client has the same tabs.
- Add client. Add client starts a short setup: the website, the competitors and the buyer questions to track.
- Client dashboard. Click a client to open its dashboard. The next videos walk through each of its tabs.
Questions
What does "too small to call yet" mean?
The change is smaller than what random variation between weekly samples could produce, so optmz doesn't call it a real move yet. More weeks of answers narrow the range.
Can I try optmz before adding a real client?
Yes. Load demo data from Settings › Clients to get sample clients marked Demo data, with every screen filled in.
